1) Inspect – First, we perform a complete examination of the roof. Using our extensive checklist, we inspect all critical areas of the roof needing attention.

2) Clean – Then, we clean the roof of any debris that may be hindering proper drainage and overall roof performance.

3) Repair – Next, we make minor repairs including any minor deficiencies, per the maintenance agreement, that are preventing proper roof performance.

4) Report –We then report all findings and provide you with a detailed report complete with roof diagram, analysis and photos.

5) Restore – Finally, if needed, we prepare an estimate for work required (beyond minor repairs) to restore the roof to acceptable roofing standards. With your written approval, the work will be completed. We account for all work performed on the roof in a printed report complete with photos.
