Randy Mulkey came to join the Capitol Roofing family in August of 2020. He is a Cheyenne native graduating from Central High School in 97’. He has been married to his wife Jessica for almost 23 years. They have 3 children. Their daughter  Hannah who’s a student at University of Wyoming and their sons Cody and Hunter who are attending Central High. Randy is a volunteer presenter and coach with Operation Lifesaver where he teaches people about being safe around railroad tracks. He was recognized by National Operation Lifesaver for being in the top 5 presenters in the country. He can be found around junior rodeos in the area where he is helping in the back pens, pulling open chute gates or just helping out where needed. He has also been a Superintendent for Laramie County Fair and is always willing to help out where needed during the fair. He came to us after a long career with Union Pacific here in Cheyenne where he was a locomotive engineer but was ready for a change of pace and being at home more. He really enjoys getting out with his clients and helping meet their roofing needs.
